To take advantage of our money-back policy, you must request a return within 15 days of receiving the product. Upon receiving the returned item, it will undergo a formal quality check. If the item is free from damage, we will initiate the refund process, and you can expect to receive the amount within 5-7 days.
Will I Have to Pay for Return Shipping to The Black Loom?
We offer FREE Return Shipping. We will arrange for the item to be picked up from your location at a mutually agreed-upon time. If you opt to ship the item yourself, please dispatch it within 48 hours of raising the return request.
How Do I Return a Rug to The Black Loom Within 15 Days?
- Raise the return request within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Call us at +91———— or email us at shop@theblackloom.com.
- We will arrange for the item to be picked up from your location within 3-4 working days at a mutually agreed-upon time.
- If you choose to self-ship the item, dispatch it within 48 hours of raising the return request.
- Pack the item in its original packaging material. If the packaging material is damaged, please mention this with your return request. After discussing with our Customer Service Team, you will receive a tamper-proof packet from us to securely pack and seal the rug before the pickup.
- Obtain acknowledgment of the pickup (pickup receipt on paper/photo of tracking number/SMS confirmation of pickup).
- Typically, it takes around 8-10 days upon receiving the returned item.
- Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes the quality check, we will initiate the refund process within 5 days.
- You may choose to make another purchase using the refunded amount or have it credited back to your bank account.
- For Cash on Delivery Orders: The refund will be processed to your bank account.
- For Prepaid Orders: The amount will be credited to the original payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking).

- Return the item within 15 days of receipt.
- Return the item in the same condition in which it was delivered.
- Do not use, wash, alter/tamper, or soil the rug.
- A damaged item will not be eligible for return.
- The item must have its original packaging, labels, and tags intact. An altered or illegible serial number will void the return.
- We will initiate the refund or replacement once the item passes through the quality inspection.
- In case you receive a damaged or defective item, notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We may request a picture of the rug at shop@theblackloom.com. We will replace it at no cost after examining the returned item.
